To get consistency we created a digital UI Design Library full of components, pages and assets.
Consistency
Vertical & Horizontal Rhythm
Consistency is rule (although there are always some exceptions). This means not only for Type, colour and size but also whitespace in terms of Vertical and Horizontal Rhythm.
To make life easier for development, all designs and assets are provided with vertical and horizontal rhythm blocks.
Where and how does your customer start his colour project journey? By choosing a colour, a product, a kind of subsurface, or by inspiration? Challenging was to serve customers at any time this information or solution.
Visual Language
Part of the design proces was creating a set of system icons and a series of more illustrational ones.
The illustrational ones are based on the system icons within an extra colour spot by choice.
